Gt Hotel - Dortmund

The staff was polite and answered all my queries. The hotel is well connected to transportation, with a train station nearby. The location is great, just a few minutes from the train station.

No negatives from this place.

I received dirty room without hot water on bathroom, after my intervention I received new room.

There were works going on the room is very sober (ikea like furniture) the neighbors rooms were noisy

Delicious Breakfast Buffet: The hotel offers a large breakfast buffet which was simply delightful. The assortment of freshly baked pastries and the aroma of brewed coffee made waking up in the morning a real treat. It was like starting the day with a warm hug from grandma.

Dim Bathroom Light: The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the dim bathroom light. It was so faint that by the final night, it had blown altogether.

firstly they took £398 out of my bank account, then charged me a further £475 when i booked out for a stay that should have come to about £500. they did refund £378 claiming it was a mistake! They also tried to charge me for breakfast when it clearly said that it was included in the room cost.

It has no pretensions to be anything other than a low-cost hotel, and the facilities are perfectly adequate at the price paid. Cheaper than some of the more modern modular hotels, but with a touch more space and a slightly better variety at breakfast. Room was clean, beds reasonably comfortable; request for twin beds was noted and met; non-smoking room was offered on arrival, and clearly this is kept to, as there was no trace of tobacco smell.

Room was in what was in effect an annexe with easy access off the street, so there is a potential security risk for belongings. (Other rooms have internal access).

Locality convenient to train station, well connected by train. All day train pass available for 6.50 euro pp. Friendly reception staff, helpful with queries. Worth the money. Basic, clean accommodation.

Fine hotel, nice and friendly staff. As mentioned, they work on improvements and after that it will be really great place to stay in Dortmund, but as I said before, already really fine place to stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious. My room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a great shower and a good selection of TV channels. The hotel is well connected to transportation, as it is located near a train station. It was excellent value for money, and I would definitely come back again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were delicious, and the room was comfortable and clean. It was exactly what I was looking for - cheap and cheerful. I always stay at the same hotel when in Dortmund. The staff are friendly and helped me with restaurant suggestions. The hotel has everything I need - free parking, a bar, a TV, and billiard tables. Plus, they allow pets and have smoking areas. Perfect for my business trips.
